Q. When is OC Pride 2024?

A. The OC Pride Parade is on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Step-off will begin around 11:00 AM. Arrive early to get your prime viewing location! The OC Pride Festival is on Saturday, October 5, 2024. The hours are 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Q. Where is OC Pride 2024?

A. This year, both the parade and festival will be held on the magnificent grounds of the famous OC Fair Event Center. OC Pride moved to the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa due to increasing costs associated with hosting an open- air festival, as well as safety concerns. In 2023, anti-LGBTQIA+ protestors approached the Kids Zone, shouting obscenities, and the Santa Ana Police Department was unable to intervene as it would have violated the protesters' free speech rights in a public area. The new venue offers better security measures and a controlled environment to ensure a safer and more inclusive experience for all attendees.

Q. Wait! OC Pride isn’t free?

A. This year, the OC Pride Festival is a ticketed event, with all proceeds going directly back into the organization to ensure that the parade and festival continue to grow bigger and better with each year. We understand that purchasing tickets may be a burden for some low-income attendees, which is why we've partnered with community organizations like the Orange County LGBT Center to provide free tickets. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we’re committed to ensuring no one is left behind as we move to this new venue. Free admission is available to all young people 15 and under and seniors 65 and older, as well as OC Pride volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, sign up for your shift today!

Q. Where can I get tickets?

A. General admission and VIP tickets are available for advance purchase here. We strongly encourage you to get your tickets online before you arrive on October 5th to beat the crowds.

Free admission for young people (15 and under) and seniors (65 and older) will be available at the front gate on the day of the festival.

Q. Do youth and seniors really get in free?

A. Yes! Young people aged 15 and younger and seniors aged 65 and older get into the festival for free. These tickets are not available in advance and are only available at the main gate box office on Pride Day.

Please note that children 13 years or younger must be accompanied by a guardian or adult.

Q. I can no longer attend the festival; can I get a refund?

A. Tickets are final sale and cannot be refunded.
