OC Pride Announces 2025 Theme: “Revolutionary: Louder Than Ever”
Festival & Parade Returns to Costa Mesa on Saturday, September 27

COSTA MESA, CA — Orange County Pride proudly announces its 2025 theme: “Revolutionary: Louder Than Ever.” Set against a backdrop of rising anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and social backlash, this year’s theme is a bold declaration of visibility, unity, and resistance.

The annual OC Pride Festival & Parade will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the OC Fair & Event Center, welcoming thousands of attendees in celebration of queer joy, community power, and unapologetic self-expression.

This year also marks a powerful milestone—the 50th anniversary of the very first LGBTQ+ event held at the OC Fairgrounds in 1975. Half a century later, OC Pride returns to the same grounds, not just to celebrate how far we’ve come, but to honor the revolutionaries who made it possible.

“In today’s political climate, Pride remains revolutionary,” said Manny Muro, OC Pride Co-President. “We’re not just louder—we’re united, resilient, and unafraid.”

This year’s event will feature live performances, community resources, youth and family zones, and a dynamic parade, honoring Pride’s roots while pushing forward with purpose and power.

The Parade is completely FREE to the public, and festivities kick off with a Pre-Parade Block Party, also free to attend, featuring live entertainment, music, and community activations to get the celebration started.
